Roll bending

With both strength and delicacy

During roll bending, the work pieces are formed by adjustable rollers and sharp radii can be produced. Roll bending is the method deployed to form stainless steel, for example, without "scratching" the work piece.

We bend an extensive range of different profiles, from IPE 80 to HEM 1000: angled profiles, sections in T, I, H and U shapes, flat steel, rectangular steel bars, rectangular and square hollow sections, steel rods, pipes and rails.

We furthermore offer 3-D bending. This gives the workpiece both radius and inclination. Examples of 3-dimensional bending are found in rollercoasters and stairway structures as well as in architecture and art.
